I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last month. It wasn't until last week that he told me that he has genital herpes. I don't have any symptoms but am worried that I have genital herpes now. Is there anything I can do? Should I see my doctor?

Does anyone know of any alternative/natural treatments for genital herpes? I have tried prescription medications but don't like the side effects.

Could my soap be making my genital herpes worse? When I have an outbreak, my soap seems to irritate the area even more than it already is. Should I switch soaps, or is it all in my head?

Does anyone know if there are any new genital herpes medications being tested? If so, can we expect to see clinical trials for them?
